Best Western Plus Governor'S Inn Richmond, Midlothian

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had some issues, like finding someone else's luggage inside and a clogged sink that couldn't be fixed. However, the room had nice amenities like a fridge, microwave, and a variety of TV options. The lack of USB charging ports was a bit surprising. The service, especially from the breakfast lady, was exceptional and the housekeeping staff were diligent. The location, although a bit hidden behind a shopping center, was close to various attractions and convenient for families.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms smelled fresh and clean, which was a huge plus. Unfortunately, there were some issues with noise and the location of the room. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The location was convenient, close to the highway and with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience had some positives but also some cleanliness concerns. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few hiccups.
